How to plan a cremation with us

Our family is here to serve your loved ones. The following is a short overview of our secure and convenient online process:

To plan a cremation, review and select the cremation services or package preferred. Once you have chosen the direct cremation package, go through the options below and make your selection in the order process. Press ‘continue’ to choose the container and urn (which are required) and any keepsakes (which are optional).

The price of every selection you make is clearly marked, so there’s no need to be concerned about surprise fees. Once you have made your selections, you will be given a breakdown of the total price of the cremation, including taxes. There will be absolutely no hidden costs.

Proceed to checkout. You’ll enter your billing information and your credit card details, then place your order. It’s that simple and should only take a few minutes.

Cremation Packages

We offer three direct cremation packages. These packages provide exactly the same services and products; only the memorial services offered are different.

You can customize your package to your needs by ordering certified copies of the death certificate, choose between delivery of the ashes or scattering at sea and any memorial stationery products you may need. Then just hit the Continue button.

Cremation Containers

A cremation container surrounds your loved one, providing them privacy and dignity throughout the cremation process. It also allows the crematory operator to safely place the container in the crematory.

We offer two options of cremation container for you to select from. Make your choice by adding that container to your cart, and hit the Continue button.

Cremation Urns

We offer urns in the most popular styles, using quality materials at prices you can afford. We source our urns from manufacturers with strong reputations for quality and workmanship.

Review our selection of urns and choose what you think would be the best fit for your needs. Make your choice by adding that urn to your cart, and hit the Continue button.

Family Keepsakes

Many families today are choosing to keep a small portion of the cremated remains. With that in mind many products have been carefully designed for this purpose. Whether it is infusing ashes with glass for display, placing some ashes in a necklace to keep your loved one close to your heart or a miniature version of an urn – we have options for you to review.

Review our selection of keepsakes and jewelry and if you see something you like make your choice by adding that product to your cart. If you don’t want any keepsake items that’s OK too, and hit the Continue button.

Payment Arrangements

You will see a summary screen that lists out all services and products that were chosen during the eArrangement process. Please review your choices here for accuracy.

You will then be asked to provide payment information to complete the transaction. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa for your convenience. After the authorization is complete, our website will confirm the order and you will receive an emailed receipt momentarily.

Vital Statistics Information

To obtain the permit to perform the cremation, we need to file the death certificate in the county where death occurred. Our secure website allows you to input this information directly to us so that we can complete and file the death certificate on your behalf.

Alternatively you can download this form or request that it be mailed to you so you can complete it and return it at a later time.

Authorization for Cremation

The authorization for cremation form legally authorizes us to perform the cremation. This form must be signed by the legal next-of-kin(s), also known as the authorizing agent(s). To determine who the authorizing agent(s) is, click here or contact our office for guidance.

The Authorization for Cremation and Disposition form must be signed in front of a witness. If there is no witness signature, the form is invalid and we cannot perform the cremation.

This form can be downloaded on the last screen and signed by the next of kin(s) with highest legal standing, witnessed and returned to our office.
